Policy
Our goal at ISIS Nutraceuticals is same day shipping for orders received by 2:00pm MST on
regular business days. All orders will be shipped withing 24 hours of receipt Monday through
Saturday. Orders received Saturday afternoon through Sunday and on National Holidays will be
shipped the following regular business day

Standard Shipping - Via USPS Parcel Post (3 - 10 business days)
All orders are shipped according to best rate/time as determined by our computers based on
package weight and destination. We use USPS as our primary standard service carrier, but
packages may also ship via UPS or DHL. If the address is a post office box and the carrier is other
than USPS, your package will be delivered to your post office where it will then be placed in your
mail box. Please allow up to seven business days from ship date for delivery when choosing
Standard Shipping. Not available for international orders. Orders shipping standard service to
Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via Priority Mail.
Priority Mail Service - Via USPS (2 - 3 business days)
You may select Priority Mail. Please allow up to three business days from ship date to receive your
package when choosing this option.
International Shipping (including Canada)
The shipping cost is dependent upon weight and destination and will be calculated during final
checkout. For a free quote on shipping charges prior to placing your order, please email us at
CustomerCare@isis-nutra.com. Average shipping time for international orders is 10 to 15
business days depending on location. If you do not receive your package within 15 business days
contact ISIS Nutra immediately. We thank you for your cooperation.

brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. Also, we kindly request that you
